Memory Care Resident Care Assistant
 
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
 
Full-Time: 68-80 hours per 2 week pay period
 
Full-Time: Monday-Friday with on-call weekend every 7th weekend
 
Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
 
Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
 
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
 
Limited Full-Time AM and PM Openings
 
AM: 6:45am – 12:45pm and 6:45am - 3:15pm
 
PM: 4:30-8:30p and 3:00pm-11:15pm
 
NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am
 
Memory Care Resident Care Assistant
 
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the residents in our memory care apartments. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
 
What You’ll Do
 
<ul>
<li>Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible</li>
<li>Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance</li>
<li>Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, light housekeeping/laundry, and a variety of other tasks.</li>
<li>Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Need
 
<ul>
<li>Previous direct care experience, preferred</li>
<li>Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred</li>
<li>CBRF Certification, preferred</li>
</ul>
Our Wages
 
<ul>
<li>Our starting wages are between $19.75 - $24.15 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.</li>
<li>We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.</li>
<li>We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually.</li>
<li>Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay

<li>Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)</li>
<li>CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience</li>
<li>CBRF Certification(s)</li>
<li>Full Time Positions</li>

Food Service: Server / Food Service Associate
 
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, and up to 70 independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and send meals for up to 12 memory care residents and 16 assisted living residents at our Holmen locations.
 
What You’ll Do
 
<ul>
<li>Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals</li>
<li>Responsible for cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal prep, and catering as needed</li>
<li>Transportation of meals to other facilities in our organization.</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Need
 
<ul>
<li>Ability to multitask is a must</li>
<li>Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Quantity cooking experience, a plus but not required</li>
<li>Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred</li>
<li>The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities</li>
<li>Drivers require a valid driver license and must have and maintain a safe driving record</li>
</ul>
Our Wages
 
<ul>
<li>Our starting rate is between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and full-time hours</li>
<li>We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at 100 days.</li>
</ul>
