This is a contract project position with the potential to transfer to a full-time position upon completion. This is a fully remote position. SummaryEagle-Gryphon Games is an established board game publisher based out of Phoenix, AZ with remote employees in NY, KS, KY, IL, as well as Canada &amp; China. We are seeking a full-time graphic designer to complete in-house graphic needs (sales brochures, flyers, online ads, website banners, etc) as well as print-media board game projects (rulebook layouts, box files, game components, etc). This would be a 30-40 hour/week commitment with a loose daily schedule. i.e. start and stop times can be determined as needed.Responsibilities of this Graphic Designer position include:<ul><li>Assist team in the production of graphic material, packaging, display and documentation materials</li><li>Follow spec sheets and timelines for all print and digital projects</li><li>Prepare print materials for production and to be print-ready</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>1- 3 years of graphic design and/or content creation experience (including internships or freelance work)</li><li>Strong foundation in design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>Ability to follow established brand guidelines and apply feedback effectively</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset</li><li>Interest in hobby board games a strong plus, but not required</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
