Position Summary
The Draft Specialist position supports, services and maintains accounts such as bars, restaurants and major venues in the Greater Denver area. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer services while performing routine maintenance on all draught equipment. Specific job duties include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Enhance overall Eagle Rock Distributing Brand image through marketing programs</li>
<li>Schedule and clean draught lines on a regular basis in on-premise accounts and major venues (Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre, Empower Field, Coors Field, Ball Arena, Octoberfest, etc..)</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on all draught equipment including jockey boxes, keg porters, and trailers</li>
<li>Honor all personal and business commitments to all customers.</li>
<li>Communicate with Account Managers and Sales Managers on account needs</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands and Requirements
<ul><li>5-day work week, weekends included</li>
<li>2 consecutive days off</li>
<li>Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting for shifts lasting 8+ hours</li>
<li>Must be able to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop and lift kegs of approximately 170 pounds</li>
<li>Comfort working in refrigerated areas of on-premise accounts and venues</li>
<li>Must be able to check code dates accurately</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Must have excellent customer service skills and organizational skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of draught systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Must have a driving record that meets company standards</li>
<li>Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus</li>
</ul>
Environmental Conditions
<ul><li>Job duties are performed inside and outside retail buildings.</li>
<li>Exposure to outside weather, walk-in cooler temperatures,</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a professional image in public eye while performing the duties.</li>

The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era, selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Quite a bit has changed since then and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our start in 1930, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.
Eagle Rock entered the Colorado market in late-2020, assuming distribution operations for Anheuser-Busch products across the state. Today, we have nearly 500 employees in the state, operating out of 6 locations, and continue to welcome new positions to support our growth in the state.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
