<div>Eagle Systems, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Contractor Manager Dispatcher in the Baltimore, MD market.

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Knowledge of Ports and Railroads</li><li>
Knowledge of FMCSA Regulations, safety rules and DOT preventable truck maintenance</li><li>
Experience working with owner operator drivers</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment</li><li>
Knowledge of logs related to commercial/intermodal carriers</li><li>
Computer skills-must be confident utilizing the Google suite of products (docs, sheets, Gmail, etc) and Microsoft Excel</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Daily dispatching of Independent Contractors</li><li>
Order entry and setting delivery appointments</li><li>
Daily contact with customers</li><li>
Safety-logs, tracking and obtaining daily/monthly required documents</li><li>
Equipment tracking in port and rail systems</li><li>
Accuracy with Driver Pay</li><li>
Assist with customer service requests</li><li>
Assist with dispatch and driver needs</li><li>
Assist with other office duties as needed</li></ul>
Compensation: $54,000-$60,000/year depending upon experience<ul><li>
