Technology ManagerThe Technology Manager of Liff, Walsh &amp; Simmons and Eagle Title leads the strategy and delivery of technology, devices, applications, and services that enhance the employee experience. Co-leading with Operations and Office Management, this role drives continuous improvement of the digital workplace to empower employees, increase digital capability, and improve business outcomes. The manager balances strategic initiatives with operational support, partnering with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to resolve day-to-day technology incidents within both companies of Liff, Walsh &amp; Simmons and Eagle Title.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership &amp; Planning<ul><li>Co-lead digital workplace strategy with Operations and Office Management to support hybrid, remote, and onsite workers.</li><li>Champion modernization of workforce technology to enable new ways of working and digital transformation.</li><li>Define success criteria and roadmap for digital workplace aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Solicit business sponsorship for initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Serve on IT planning committees to develop enterprise technology standards, governance, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Technology Governance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations (privacy, security, ethics, accessibility, sustainability).</li><li>Govern technology standards, licensing, and usage to optimize costs and data policies.</li><li>Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans for workplace technologies.</li><li>Employee Experience &amp; Change Management</li><li>Partner with HR and Operations to incorporate workforce trends, roles, and challenges into technology planning.</li><li>Collaborate with internal communications to promote technology adoption through enablement campaigns.</li><li>Drive a culture of digital dexterity and use change management best practices to improve adoption.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Support<ul><li>Lead development and maintenance of digital workplace architecture and support processes.</li><li>Direct MSP (IT service desk) to fulfill end-user support and service requests.</li><li>Continuously improve IT support using internal teams or outsourced/offshore partners.</li><li>Define and execute standardized IT support strategies leveraging cross-functional resources.</li><li>Data &amp; Innovation</li><li>Promote data-driven analysis of workplace technology experience and share insights with business stakeholders.</li><li>Stay current on emerging technologies and guide their integration to meet business demands.</li><li>Explore how employees use technology to engage with peers, customers, and partners.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; RequirementsMinimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience managing IT systems, processes, and vendors.</li><li>Working knowledge of ITIL and key IT service processes.</li><li>Experience managing digital workplace applications and adapting to changing business priorities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Supervisory experience mentoring IT staff.</li><li>Experience in innovation, technology, and organizational change management.</li><li>Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CompTIA, ITIL.</li><li>Training in SEO, UX, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).</li><li>Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Change advocacy and ability to lead transformation in complex environments.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills across business lines.</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Human-centric approach focused on improving employee experience.</li><li>Results-driven, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Business-focused with a commitment to meeting employee and organizational needs.</li></ul>The Technology Manager is a full-time, in-office position with competitive benefits.Salary Requirements: $80-110kBenefits: Full suite of benefits including Medical, Health Savings Account, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation (PTO), Safe Harbor 401(k), Long-term Disability and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
