 Position: Unarmed Security Officer</b></h3><p><b>
Location:</b> Poway, CA 92064<br>
<b>Type:</b> Full-Time &amp; Part-time<br>
<b>Shifts:</b> Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts<br>
<b>Pay:</b> $18/hr.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
 Responsibilities Include:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity</p></li><li><p>
Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property</p></li><li><p>
Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols</p></li><li><p>
Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior</p></li><li><p>
Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.</p></li><li><p>
Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports</p></li><li><p>
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
✅ Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>
Valid BSIS Guard Card</b> (Required)</p></li><li><p><b>
1 year of security experience</b> preferred</p></li><li><p><b>
Reliable transportation</b> and a <b>working smartphone are required.</b></p></li><li><p>
Strong written and verbal communication in English is required</p></li><li><p><b>
Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours</b></p></li><li><p>
Professional appearance and demeanor</p></li><li><p>
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
