This role is for someone who doesn't just write code but understands the &quot;why&quot; behind it. You will be instrumental in building performant, scalable, and maintainable React applications, mentoring fellow developers, and elevating our frontend engineering standards.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Development: Architect, develop, test, and deploy complex and reusable user interfaces using modern React.js and its ecosystem.</li><li>Set Technical Direction: Make critical decisions on frontend architecture, state management, data-fetching strategies, and build processes to ensure long-term scalability.</li><li>Mentor and Guide: Conduct thoughtful code reviews, lead pair programming sessions, and share knowledge to uplift the skills of the entire frontend team.</li><li>Optimize Performance: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (e.g., slow renders, memory leaks) using advanced debugging and profiling tools.</li><li>Uphold Quality: Champion best practices in code quality, testing (unit, integration, and E2E), and sustainable development workflows.</li><li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into functional components and with backend teams to define API contracts.</li></ul>Must-Have Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in frontend development, with at least 3 years of hands-on, professional experience building complex applications with React.js.</li><li>Deep JavaScript Mastery:</li><li>Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), including closures, hoisting, and prototypal inheritance.</li><li>Strong Theoretical Foundation in Asynchrony: You must be able to explain the JavaScript event loop, the call stack, microtask and macrotask queues, and the intricacies of `Promises`, `async/await`, and error handling in asynchronous code.</li></ul>Expert-Level React Knowledge:<ul><li>In-depth understanding of React fundamentals: the Virtual DOM, reconciliation process, React Fiber, and hooks (and their rules).</li><li>Proven experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API) for large-scale applications.</li><li>Experience with modern data-fetching techniques and libraries.</li><li>Tooling &amp; Testing: Proficiency with module bundlers (Webpack, Vite), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and version control (Git).</li></ul>What Will Make You Stand Out<ul><li>Production-level experience with Next.js and its App Router.</li><li>Strong proficiency with TypeScript.</li><li>Experience implementing real-time features using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE).</li><li>Knowledge of advanced CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled-Components, Emotion) or CSS preprocessors.</li><li>Familiarity with web security best practices (CORS, CSP, XSS prevention).</li><li>Understanding of backend principles (Node.js, RESTful API design, GraphQL).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A competitive salary package commensurate with experience.</li><li>A vibrant and supportive on-site work environment in Sabzazar, Lahore.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.</li><li>The chance to work on challenging projects with a talented and motivated team.</li></ul>Eamiq Logics is an equal opportunity employer.
