Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage the purchasing process to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.</li><li>
Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and vendor details in internal systems.</li><li>
Negotiate pricing and obtain availability information from suppliers.</li><li>
Create, issue, and update purchase orders.</li><li>
Order hardware and software inventory.</li><li>
Track and confirm delivery of equipment.</li><li>
Reconcile invoice discrepancies.</li></ul>
Key Interactions:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet customer timelines.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with vendors via phone and email.</li><li>
Support internal departments with fast, accurate purchasing data.</li></ul> 

Experience and Skills:
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
2+ years of purchasing or related experience</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Typing speed of 45+ WPM</li><li>
Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, multiply, divide, etc.)</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>
Team-oriented mindset with a flexible attitude</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience with ERP systems or quoting, order management software.</li><li>
Prior experience with automation, manufacturing, or industrial products.</li></ul>
Hybrid work schedule with two days in office at our corporate headquarters in Healdsburg. Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. 
Job Benefits:
Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>
$70k-85k a year, depending on experience (includes base + bonuses)</li><li>
