Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant. In this vital role, we are looking for a medical assistant to provide exceptional patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate ensures smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and efficient clinical processes. Lastly, we are a busy, patient focused Ear, Nose, &amp; Throat medical practice committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly, professional environment.Duties<ul><li>Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, scheduling surgeries, coordinating patient communication/follow up, and maintaining EHR system</li><li>Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates with precision and professionalism</li><li>Prepare patients for examinations and procedures in outpatient, inpatient, or emergency settings</li><li>Support clinical staff with medication administration and basic life support (BLS) procedures when necessary</li><li>Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and managing follow-up care</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in ENT service line or similar outpatient setting.</li><li>Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, ICD coding, and medication administration procedures</li><li>Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in documenting patient information accurately</li><li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required</li><li>Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations</li></ul>Join us to make a meaningful difference by providing compassionate care while advancing your career in a vibrant healthcare environment.
