MUST have minimum 3 years of Family Law experience to be considered.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Paralegal at EARL HARMON LAW P.A. located in Altamonte Springs, FL, with flexibility and mostly remote virtual work. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters. Other tasks include drafting pleadings, motions, orders, mandatory disclosures, and managing case files and deadlines. Must be respectful, courteous and able to work with an inclusive and diverse company. Compensation based on experience.*MUST COMPLETE SKILLS BASED TEST ON INDEED AND HAVE MIN 3 YRS FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED*Qualifications<ul><li>Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal studies a plus.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.</li><li>Clio case management experience is a plus.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of legal procedures, family law court rules and procedures.</li><li>Excellent organizational and file management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other professionals.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software Clio a plus, and research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.</li><li>Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidential information and work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Experience with e-filing and remote litigation procedures is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits&middot; PTO after 90 days&middot; Paid HolidaysPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required for this job.
