This is a new role within a forward-thinking organisation with a professional, friendly outcome orientated culture.This is a home-based role so the successful candidate will have access to a home office with the associated Tech. e.g. pc, printer, fast broadband etc. The working hours will be 9am to 5pm UK TIME.Key requirements:&middot; The ideal candidate MUST have excellent command of the English language.&middot; Educated to degree level.&middot; A people person who quickly develops rapport and fosters relationships with easeDesirable;&middot; Some prior sales experience&middot; Have attended prior sales training coursesBelow is a brief summary of the key deliverables;<ul><li>Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.</li><li>Answering questions about our products or the company</li><li>Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales</li><li>Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed</li><li>Developing processes that drive sales</li><li>Take and process orders in an accurate manner</li><li>Go the &ldquo;extra mile&rdquo; to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales</li><li>Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information</li><li>Identify and qualify potential sales leads</li><li>Generate repeat business by promoting new offers to customers</li><li>Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities</li><li>Conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction</li><li>Using the data provided by marketing representatives to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence</li><li>Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reaction from leads</li><li>Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of the company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.</li><li>Share daily progress reports in an excel sheet with the section lead</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English to an advanced level (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
