About the Role As our Assistant Director, you&rsquo;ll partner with the School Director to ensure smooth operations and compliance while creating a positive experience for families and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role&mdash;expect to spend about 50% of your time in classrooms, supporting teachers and children directly.
