 We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our founding team. This is a creative + execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders to shape our brand voice. Expect strong ownership, exposure to growth strategy, and the chance to build a HealthTech brand from scratch in an industry poised for disruption.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, ideate, and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design creatives on Canva, coordinate shoots for Reels/short-form videos, and draft captions, hooks, and scripts that resonate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive engagement by responding to comments/DMs, building relationships with followers, and shaping Early&rsquo;s voice online.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Share insights to optimize content and posting schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with other teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and features
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, or viral experiments directly from the Founder&rsquo;s Office.
 </li>

 Who You Are
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4-8 years of experience in owning brand, pr, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, growth marketing (agency or startup experience preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts with measurable results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Canva design skills and familiarity with basic editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident in writing scripts, captions, and hooks that convert views into engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable ideating, planning, and coordinating shoots (UGC, reels, team content).
 </li>
 <li>
 A natural storyteller who understands branding, tone, and positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about health, wellness, and building communities online.
 </li>
