<ul><li>Minimum 6 yrs of experience into Litigation &amp; Non litigation into Civil &amp; real Estate matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and assist in preparing agreements, contracts, legal notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare draft notes, summaries, and briefs for internal reference and senior management.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and maintain chronologies of events, list of papers &amp; proceedings, orders &amp; roznama for litigation and advisory matters.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all litigation and non-litigation matters.</li></ul><ul><li>Track case status, court dates, filings, deadlines, and outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Organise and preserve all documents, pleadings, correspondence, and papers relating to legal proceedings, physical &amp; Online.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with external law firms, advocates, and consultants on assigned matters.</li></ul><ul><li>Brief external law firms by providing necessary facts, documents, background notes, and chronologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a point of contact between the company and external legal representatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, regulations, and legal propositions as and when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Summarise research findings into concise notes for ease of understanding and record-keeping.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in formulating legal strategies by supporting senior legal officers with research and documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Attend legal meetings, court proceedings, conferences, and discussions as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Record minutes of meetings, conferences, and legal discussions accurately.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and follow up on action points arising from meetings and conferences.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of all legal documents and correspondence.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of legal records.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you okay to travel till Nariman Point Location ? </li><li>How many years of experience into litigation ? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
