Kitchen Lead
Contributions<ul><li>
Staff Development: Supports Team Lead in coaching, training, and developing Team Members in the Prepared Foods Department. Maintains a positive and professional work environment. Clearly defines and communicates expectations through punch lists and communication logs.</li><li>
Production: Supervises and participates in the production of in-house prepared foods, ensuring proper presentation and display of high-quality, pre-made items. Maintains consistent quality control standards.</li><li>
Operational Tasks: Responsible for ordering and receiving deliveries; scheduling; reviewing daily and weekly sales and movement reports, shrink reports, and emails; responding accordingly; and conducting monthly department inventory.</li><li>
Merchandising: Develops and maintains an attractive sales floor by implementing Earth Fare merchandising guidelines and standards.</li><li>
Department Conditions: Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and overall organization of the department, including all fixtures, storage areas, work stations, freezers, and coolers.</li></ul>
Required Knowledge and Experience
<ul><li>Experience: Previous experience in prepared foods, kitchen operations, or food service required; leadership or lead experience preferred</li><li>
Knowledge: Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>
Skills: Strong communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Leadership Attributes: Ability to coach, train, and positively influence Team Members while maintaining accountability</li><li>
Commitment to Values: Passion for natural and organic foods and alignment with Earth Fare&rsquo;s mission and values</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>
Lifting: Up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Reaching: Frequent reaching at and above shoulder level and below waist level</li><li>
Standing: Prolonged periods during food preparation and service</li><li>
Pulling/Pushing: Moderate; maneuvering carts, racks, and equipment as needed</li><li>
Works in a fast-paced, production-oriented kitchen and retail environment</li><li>
Exposure to temperature variations, including coolers, freezers, and hot food preparation areas</li></ul>

Cashier
Contributions:<ul><li>
Manages the flow of customers by providing quick, efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>
Collaborates with other team members and managers across departments to ensure that customers receive the answers and service that will keep them coming back.</li><li>
Maintains a clean and attractive front-end environment including their station as well as the surrounding merchandising and service areas.</li></ul>
Required Knowledge and Experience:<ul><li>
Customer service experience or</li><li>
Previous cash handling experience preferred</li></ul>
Environmental Conditions &amp; Physical Demands:<ul><li>
Works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.</li><li>
May work in environments of extreme cold.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and squat</li><li>
Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads</li><li>
