 The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Solar) to drive growth and expand into new territories. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within solar or renewable energy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of solar technology, financial models (CAPEX, leasing, PPA), and sustainability solutions.
 </li>
