Salary: $50,000&ndash;$60,000 DOE
About the Role
Entry-level, hands-on field role (~90%) supporting environmental remediation, construction, and site investigation projects. Ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to gain real-world experience and grow into project-based roles.
You&rsquo;ll work alongside a team of Environmental Scientists, Geologists, and Engineers across all experience levels, gaining exposure to active field operations, data collection, and technical project support.
This role is specific to Environmental Engineering and related disciplines. Candidates from unrelated fields (e.g., IT, software, electrical) will not be considered.
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Environmental Engineering, Civil (environmental focus), Environmental Science, Geology, or related field</li><li>
0&ndash;3 years of experience (internships count)</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors ~90% in varying conditions</li><li>
Basic knowledge of sampling, field data collection, and safety</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>
Additional Experience Considered Favorably<ul><li>
Environmental remediation or construction support</li><li>
Soil, groundwater, vapor, or surface water sampling</li><li>
Field inspections or construction observation</li><li>
Familiarity with EPA or state regulations</li></ul>
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform field sampling, monitoring, inspections, and construction support</li><li>
Assist with documentation, data collection, and reporting</li><li>
Support remediation system installation and maintenance</li><li>
Follow safety, project plans, and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Communicate site conditions and data to project teams</li></ul>

Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment
Field-based role requiring outdoor work in varying weather and terrain. Activities may include walking, standing, bending, and lifting equipment (up to ~50 lbs.). Work may occur on active construction or remediation sites.
