<p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to join Earthful in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for Supply chain, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.</p><p><b>Location: </b>Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad</p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b></p><p>&#9679; Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.</p><p>&#9679; Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.</p><p>&#9679; Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.</p><p>&#9679; Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.</p><p>&#9679; Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</p><p>&#9679; Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.</p><p>&#9679; Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.</p><p>&#9679; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs</p><p>&#9679; Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.</p><p>&#9679; Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.</p><p><b>Skill sets:</b></p><p>&#9679; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</p><p>&#9679; Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.</p><p>&#9679; Strong knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Procurements principles and practices.</p><p>&#9679; Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</p><p>&#9679; Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.</p><p>&#9679; Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office</p><p>&#9679; Attention to detail and strong analytical skills</p><p><b>Be a part of Earthful&rsquo;s Family!</b></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per month</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Procurement: 1 year (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>

</b></h4><div><p>We&rsquo;re hiring a <b>Senior Operations Manager</b> to lead the backbone of our brand &mdash; Supply Chain, Factory Operations, and Warehousing. This is a high-ownership role where you&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership to build scalable, efficient and tech-enabled ops processes.</p><p><b>
Location</b>: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad</p><p>
 <b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>
Own the End-to-End Supply Chain:<br>
Manage procurement to last-mile delivery - ensure smooth coordination across factories, warehouses, and logistics partners.</li><li>
Handle demand planning, quality assurance, and onboarding of new manufacturing units; ensure adherence to timelines and compliance standards.</li><li>
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.</li><li>
Lead WMS adoption, track stock movements, maintain healthy inventory levels, and reduce fulfilment errors or stockouts.</li><li>
Leverage Tech &amp; Analytics for Scale:<br>
Use ERP tools, dashboards, and forecasting models to bring efficiency and visibility into ops. Strong command of data is a must.</li><li>
Build &amp; Lead High-Performance Ops:<br>
Coordinate cross-functionally with CX, Finance, Product &amp; Marketing. Build SOPs, reduce costs, and solve problems before they become bottlenecks.</li><li>
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, providing training, and ensuring KPIs are met.</li></ul><p><b>
Skill sets:</b></p><ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years in ops/supply chain (FMCG/D2C preferred)</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset</li><li>
ERP/WMS experience, advanced Excel/Sheets skills (SQL/Python is a plus)</li></ul><p>
