We are looking for an innovative, dynamic, and creative Senior Graphic Designer self-starter team member to help take our marketing efforts to the next level.Job SummaryIn this role, the successful individual will be an integral part of the marketing team, collaborating with sales and design teams to create innovative visual and descriptive narratives for our brands that provoke, inspire, and engage our target audiences. You will be involved in internal and external creative direction including branding, design, video, events, and presentations.Primary responsibilities<ul><li>Brand &amp; Campaigns: Lead concepting and execution for product launches and integrated campaigns across web, social, email, print, packaging, trade shows, and sales presentations.</li><li>Multi-Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand systems for four brands; create toolkits, templates, and guidance to ensure consistency and scale.</li><li>Packaging &amp; Print: Design packaging and labels, finalize die lines, prepare print-ready files; proofing, and occasional press checks.</li><li>Ecommerce Assets: Produce best-in-class product hero images, lifestyle photography direction, 360s, comparison charts, infographics, and marketplace-compliant image sets.</li><li>Photo/Video Direction: Build shot lists, coordinate and help orchestrate shoots, provide on-set guidance; perform light video editing and motion graphics for short-form content.</li><li>Retouching &amp; Composites: Create accurate, on-brand photoshop composites and color accurate retouching for product and environment imagery.</li><li>Go To Market: Bring products to market and assist in creating brand messaging through labeling, packaging, advertising, photography, and video.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design.</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in a related field</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>A keen eye for aesthetic and visual design.</li><li>Effective Multi-tasker: Able to manage projects, prioritize workflow, multi-task, and meet hard deadlines.</li><li>Have a strong working knowledge of effective brand communication.</li><li>Proficient computer skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, project planning and task management software, ASANA&reg;.</li><li>Must have a portfolio ready to share examples of past work and/or creative examples.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a related field.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits for Full Time employee<ul><li>Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE.</li><li>Benefits: Earthlite offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance. This role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute procurement activities for direct and indirect product categories in alignment with company goals.</li><li>Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage domestic and international vendors relationships to drive cost savings, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Lead cost-saving and sourcing projects for the company&rsquo;s factory in China, including direct negotiations with local vendors.</li><li>Identify, assess, and onboard new vendors and manufacturers both domestically and internationally, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Proactively troubleshoot procurement and supply chain issues, escalating critical matters when necessary.</li><li>Analyze and prioritize global procurement requests, monitor progress, and ensure timely fulfillment.</li><li>Participate in new product development initiatives and manage procurement-related aspects of ongoing projects.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies align with overall business objectives.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and present findings and progress to management.</li><li>Lead cost reduction meetings with other departments to identify new initiatives and monitor ongoing projects.</li><li>Ensure samples are delivered to Engineering and Marketing to evaluate new potential cost reductions.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain Vendor Scorecard to evaluate vendor performance and support continuous improvement.</li><li>Support the Logistics function by coordinating import deliveries, including document preparation and communication with origin suppliers and freight forwarders.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) required.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide timely updates.</li><li>Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Ability to research and engage with domestic and international supplier databases to identify and qualify new vendors.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with MRP/ERP systems (GP Dynamics or similar platforms).</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in supply chain management or Logistics.</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE.</li><li>Benefits: Earthlite offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance.
