<div><b>Requirements
</b>
 :
</div><div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience as a Nanny/Family assistant, preferably with school-age children (ages 10&ndash;12)
</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
</li><li>Negative TB test and MMR
</li><li>Willingness to undergo a background check and provide verifiable references
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
</li><li>Genuine enjoyment of working with children; warm, supportive, and strong communication skills
</li><li>Organized, proactive, and dependable in managing after-school routines, homework, study support, activities, and schedules
</li><li>Comfortable handling pick-ups and daily logistics
</li>Trustworthy and respectful of family privacy and confidentiality<br>
