We&rsquo;re seeking a detail-driven Accountant to join our finance team and work closely with the CFO. If you&rsquo;re passionate about precision, compliance, and financial storytelling, this role offers deep exposure in a dynamic startup environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger integrity</li><li>Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and support month-end closures</li><li>Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting</li><li>Oversee payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR cycles</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, taxation norms, and statutory regulations</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations</li></ul>Preferred Skill Set<ul><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)</li><li>Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks</li><li>Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis</li><li>Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory filings</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setup</li><li>Prior experience in FinTech or startup finance roles is a strong plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
