Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental needs.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control measures and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to provide the best care possible.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license in NY to practice dentistry.</li><li>Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
