The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):</div><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high volume, service focused bar or lounge</li><li>
Proven experience as a mixologist in a high end bar or lounge</li><li>
Strong creativity and passion for experimenting with new flavors and concepts</li><li>
