We are seeking a full-time client service representative.<br>
<br>
<b>Position Overview:</b></div><ul><li>
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be a team player, have excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>
They must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure.</li><li>
Preferred knowledge of veterinary medicine such as basic diseases, medications and treatments, and preventative care recommendations.</li><li>
The position entails basic receptionist duties such as answering phones, filing, making appointments (Avimark software), check-in and check-out procedures, and great customer service but is not limited to these functions.</li><li>
Compensation is dependent on experience.</li></ul><div><br>
