<div>We are seeking a Medical Assistant / Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will gather and document information about clients for their doctors&rsquo; visits. Responsibilities include printing lab reports, completing summaries of treatment sessions, charting doctor&rsquo;s appointments, and operating electronic health records.<br>
</div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Signing bonus paid after 6 weeks of uninterrupted, full-time employment.</li>
<li>Retention bonus paid after 90 days of uninterrupted, full-time, employment.</li>
<li>Candidates should be compassionate, kind, professional and energetic.</li>
<li>EMR experience , medication knowledge, good verbal and written communication skills and routine procedure experience a must.</li>
<li>Documenting patients&rsquo; visits by taking notes and entering them in the electronic health records system</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation</li>
<li>Coordinate with doctor to complete and submit medical records</li>
<li>Complete medical assisting and administrative tasks as requested</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar position</li>
<li>Ability to take detailed notes and accurate documentation</li>
<li>Strong computer and transcription skills</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements</li>
<li>Highly organized with excellent time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure</li></ul></div></div><div></div>
