What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>
Be the face of our offices: greet visitors, answer phones, and support brokers with scheduling, showings, and client service.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with marketing: create listing materials, prep ads, and use platforms like MatrixMLS, BoldTrail, Marq, and XpressDocs.</p></li><li><p>
Keep things running, maintain a polished and inviting office space, support events, help with reporting, and coordinate meetings.</p></li><li><p>
Jump in where needed: this is a collaborative role where no two days are the same.</p></li></ul>
</div></div><div><div>Minimum Requirements
</div><div><p><b>We&rsquo;d Love to See</b></p><ul><li><p>
2+ years of experience in admin, customer service, or marketing (or a 2-year degree).</p></li><li><p>
Strong comfort with Microsoft Office and online tools.</p></li><li><p>
A team-first mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.</p></li><li><p>
Clear communication, a helpful attitude, and sharp organizational skills.</p></li></ul><p><b>
