We&rsquo;re seeking a skilled and motivated <b>Maintenance Technician</b> to help ensure our property systems, buildings, and amenities operate at the highest standards. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained environment for our owners and guests &mdash; while offering excellent opportunities for career growth within a world-class hospitality organization.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Inspect and evaluate systems, machines, and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, irrigation, etc.) to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems.</li><li>
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs across building systems, utilities, and grounds.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently using available tools, materials, and independent research to determine the best solutions.</li><li>
Install, maintain, and upgrade mechanical and electrical systems as needed to improve safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Utilize preventive maintenance software to track repairs, schedule inspections, and ensure consistent maintenance practices.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with management, front desk staff, and the Director of Engineering regarding maintenance issues and project status.</li><li>
Make informed recommendations for updates or system improvements that enhance operations and guest experience.</li></ul><p><b>
Location</b>: Stag Lodge, Park City, UT</p><p><b>
Employment Type</b>: Full Time, Year Round</p><p><b>
Pay Rate:</b> $23-$27/hour DOE</p><p><b>
Schedule:</b> Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays</p><p><b>

</div></div><div><div>Minimum Requirements</div>
<div><ul><li>Strong technical, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures.</li><li>
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (such as BAS).</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.</li><li>
Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li></ul><p><b>
Education &amp; Experience</b></p><p>
One of the following:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate degree in Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, or related field; <b>or</b></li><li>
Certificate from a trade school or technical college with 3&ndash;6 months related experience and/or training; <b>or</b></li><li>
Licensed Plumber or Licensed HVAC Technician</li></ul><p>
Proven experience troubleshooting using available materials and independent research</p><p><b>
