<div><p>East West Hospitality is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented <b>Houseperson </b>to join our Beaver Creek Housekeeping team. This is a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties. This position supports the housekeeping team by ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean, well-stocked, and ready to provide a pleasant experience for our guests.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.</li><li>
Assist housekeeping staff with the removal of dirty linens and trash.</li><li>
Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities in guest rooms and public areas.</li><li>
Respond to guest requests and deliver items as needed.</li><li>
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.</li><li>
Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.</li><li>
Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.</li><li>
Follow all company safety and security procedures.</li></ul><p><b>

Employment Status:</b> Full Time, Seasonal</p><p><b>
Schedule:</b> Full time, schedule TBD</p><p><b>
Pay Rate</b>: $20/hour</p><p><b>

<div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.</li><li>
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul><p><b>
