The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Epicor ERP system and will be instrumental in optimizing our business processes, enhancing system functionality, supporting end users and leading new implementations across our global organization.RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Design, customize, and deploy EPICOR ERP solutions based on business needs, focused on operational best practices in new business implementations.&middot; Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and efficiencies using Epicor Kinetic functionalities.&middot; Document operational processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.&middot; Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to resolve issues, ensure smooth outcomes, and provide excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.&middot; Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.&middot; Conduct system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.&middot; Provide training and support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to the Epicor system.&middot; Stay updated on Epicor best practices and emerging trends to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.&middot; Enhance and cultivate East West's company culture (positive, productive, fair, FUN). Demonstrate company values. Be an East West culture champion.EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS&middot; 4-Year degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field&middot; Proven experience as an Epicor Specialist or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the Epicor ERP system&middot; 6+ years with Epicor Kinetic; certification or training is a plus&middot; Experience with Core ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)&middot; DMT experience for data loading.&middot; CRM experience (campaigns, quotes)&middot; Deep inventory and job costing experience&middot; Proficient with Microsoft products&middot; Strong knowledge of MES, supply chain, and manufacturing processes&middot; Manufacturing industry experience required&middot; Ability to identify gaps and create functional requirements&middot; Experience with Multi Company implementations and global master data&middot; Strong analytical skills; translate business needs into technical solutions&middot; Accurate forecasting for education sessions and implementations&middot; Excellent communication and collaboration skills&middot; Self-motivated, adaptable to changing priorities&middot; 30% travel&middot; Prolonged periods of desk workAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
