The ideal candidate will be a Qatar resident or must have QATAR RESIDENT VISA, capable of managing office workflows, handling basic accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities: Office Management:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment.</li><li>Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li></ul>Accounting &amp; Finance:<ul><li>Handle daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.</li><li>Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and financial records.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and expense reports.</li><li>Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required.</li><li>Prepare basic financial reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration and accounting.</li><li>Currently residing in Qatar or must have the Qatar Resident Visa.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of local labor and compliance regulations is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month

About the Role - In House Lawyer (Female candidates only)We are looking for a young yet experienced in-house lawyer (1&ndash;3 years of experience) ready to take on a key role in supporting our business operations in India and participating in international projects. This role offers a variety of tasks &mdash; from drafting and reviewing contracts to supporting real estate transactions and corporate changes. Knowledge in International Law is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities&middot; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, construction, employment, and other contracts.&middot; Supporting real estate transactions and construction projects.<ul><li>Preparing corporate documents, making changes in the MCA, opening and closing bank accounts, and maintaining corporate records.</li></ul>&middot; Providing legal support on employment and tax matters.&middot; Advising on international trade and cross-border contracts.&middot; Monitoring legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to company operations.&middot; Representing the company before governmental authorities when required.Requirements&middot; LL.B / LL.M degree.&middot; 1&ndash;3 years of experience in an in-house legal role.&middot; Excellent command of English (C1).
