**Job Title:** Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**Overview:**We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and supporting the smooth operation of our office.**Hours:** Mon thru Fri 2:00 pm-7:00 pm, and every other Sat 8:00 am to 7:00pm**Duties:**- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls using our phone systems- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Manage calendars and schedule appointments- Assist with office clerical duties as needed- Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks**Requirements:**- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role- Excellent customer service skills- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy- Ability to manage calendars effectively- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities**Nice-to-Have Skills:**-Automotive EstablishmentJoin our team and contribute to a dynamic work environment where your skills will be valued.
