We are seeking a junior to mid-level AI Engineer to help build and scale enterprise AI capabilities across the bank. This role is responsible for developing AI agents and automated workflows, building retrieval and prompt systems, and supporting the integration and enablement of AI tools within embedded business division roles. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical development and business enablement, translating non-technical use cases into working technical solutions.</p><p><b>

Design &amp; Develop AI Solutions</b></p><ul><li>
Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows using platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, and SharePoint.</li><li>
Create scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt-engineering frameworks.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>
1-4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or a related technical role.</li><li>
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and enterprise cloud or collaboration platforms.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with AI and LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar technologies.</li><li>
Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, and agent frameworks.</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 development or administration tools.</li><li>
Experience working with APIs, MCPs (Model Context Protocol), integrations, and data pipelines.</li><li>
Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI administration.</li><li>

Supports multiple Senior Vice President Regional Manager(s) of 20+ banking offices by performing a variety of administrative duties involving matters that are often complex and confidential in nature. Duties include developing and preparing numerous reports, preparing or approving and submitting requests for Retail systems access and various levels of signing and wire authorities, assisting with the preparation of regional employee salary recommendations, and handling sensitive customer issues and information.<br>

<b>Administrative</b></p><ul><li>
Prepare multiple weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of regional sales and service activities, and jointly with the Regional Manager, analyze information to identify trends and conduct research for areas needing further information.</li><li>

Analyze monthly budget reports to ensure branches are within annual requirements. Where issues are identified, present them to senior management for discussion and resolution.</li><li>

</p><p><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></p><p>
Simultaneously performs the duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, primarily in specific traditional branch locations where such a &ldquo;hybrid&rdquo; position is authorized.<br>

Account Representative Duties:</p><p>

PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE</b><b>:</b>
