Position Start Date:</b> ASAP<br>
<b>Salary: </b>$72,653 - $77,559 (with district longevity)</div><div><b>
Responsible To:</b> Human Resources Supervisor<br>

<b>Job Summary:</b> Eastern Carver County Schools is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Benefits Specialist serves as a member of the Human Resources team which plans, administers and coordinates all employee benefit functions for district staff.<br>
<br>
<b>Major Job Functions, Specific Tasks, Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: </b><i>.</i><br>
<b>Qualifications: </b>A two-year post-secondary degree is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in Benefits Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field is preferred.<br>
<br>
<b>Benefits: </b>Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional and Technical Personnel and Chaska School District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.<br>
<br>
