Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes by performing the following duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

<ul><li>Read blueprints</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Analyze load development</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Produce layout drawing using design software</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Communicate with customers, architects and builders</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Prepare quotes</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Update Sharepoint</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Review layouts by technical design team members and provide feedback</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Maintain &amp; coordinate design center schedule</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Answer general technical calls</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Miscellaneous projects as assigned</li></ul>
