Accounts Payable &amp; Human Resources Coordinator Department is Finance &amp; HR and reports to Director of FinanceJob Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support both the accounts payable and human resources functions. This hybrid role will manage day-to-day vendor payments and assist with HR processes such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP):<ul><li>Process and verify incoming invoices and payment requests.</li><li>Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.</li><li>Assist with special projects as needed.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.</li></ul>Human Resources (HR):<ul><li>Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.</li><li>Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma/GED plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in related field (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in accounting and HR software (Paycor, Blackbaud and SharePoint) preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team as needed.</li><li>Ability to respond positively to feedback and direction from supervisor as well as other team members as needed.</li><li>Willingness to learn new programs and skills as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of payroll procedures and benefit administration.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced office or small business environment.</li><li>Familiarity with state and federal labor regulations.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Office environment with standard working hours.</li><li>Occasional after hours may be required during month-end or audit periods.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Muskogee, OK 74401 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Muskogee, OK 74401: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
