Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer / Fit-Out Draftsman / Interior Designer to join our Fit-Out &amp; Joinery team. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior fit-out projects, preparation of shop drawings, site coordination, and project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and joinery drawings using AutoCAD.</li><li>Develop interior fit-out layouts, furniture details, ceiling plans, and construction drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.</li><li>Attend site inspections, take measurements, and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.</li><li>Monitor site progress and assist in project execution.</li><li>Prepare material quantity take-offs and BOQs.</li><li>Coordinate with the production/workshop team for joinery fabrication.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li><li>Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).</li><li>Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software is an advantage.</li><li>Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery details, and construction methods.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.</li><li>UAE Driving License is must</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Shop Drawing Preparation</li><li>Interior Fit-Out Coordination</li><li>Joinery Detailing</li><li>Site Supervision</li><li>Quantity Take-Off</li><li>BOQ Preparation</li><li>AutoCAD</li><li>Microsoft Office</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Teamwork</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive work environment</li><li>Exposure to high-end fit-out and joinery projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
