About the RoleWe&rsquo;re a growing, patient‑focused dental office looking for the right person to join our team and help us deliver exceptional, detail‑oriented care to every patient we see.**Pay negotiable and commensurate with experience SEE APPLICATION PROCESS BELOWOut ideal candidate would provide:Chair-side Support<ul><li>Assist doctor during all dental procedures</li><li>Anticipate doctor&rsquo;s needs and follow directions</li><li>Perform oral evaluations and take high-quality X-rays</li><li>Help with lab tasks, including making provisionals</li></ul>Patient Experience &amp; Flow<ul><li>Keep appointments on time &ndash; aim for zero patient wait time</li><li>Stay flexible and ready for changes in patient flow</li><li>Be present, prepared, and engaged at every scheduled shift</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Charting<ul><li>Review charts before exams</li><li>Log patient data and transcribe doctor notes during visits</li><li>Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols</li><li>Clean and sterilize operatories and equipment before/after appointments</li></ul>Patient Communication &amp; Education<ul><li>Educate patients about procedures, products, and services</li><li>Address patient questions and concerns</li><li>Review and document patient health history and medications</li></ul>Office &amp; Team Support<ul><li>Schedule follow-up visits and assist with front office tasks as needed</li><li>Support hygienists and fellow team members</li><li>Track lab cases and follow up to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Create NEAs for completed work daily</li></ul>Supplies &amp; Inventory<ul><li>Monitor dental supplies and place orders as directed using approved vendors</li></ul>Other<ul><li>Complete assigned checklists and daily tasks</li><li>Promote a positive, patient-focused environment</li><li>Anticipate doctor&rsquo;s needs and follow directions</li><li>Perform oral evaluations and take high-quality X-rays</li><li>Help with lab tasks, including making provisionals</li></ul>Our Interview ProcessTo respect everyone&rsquo;s time and create a more efficient hiring experience, our interview process is designed to move quickly.Application Process1.
