<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Description</b></h3>
<p>
As a <b>Senior Software Developer, JAVA</b> is responsible for developing innovative technical solutions that support Eastnets strategy and address the software requirements. The post holder will actively support and offer advice to other functional teams within Eastnets, while working in a team-based environment.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Collect, review and analyze user requirements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop and document system specifications.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Define the system architecture of the application.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide estimates of the development activities as input to the project plans.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop, install, and integrate software systems.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Write, modify, integrate, test, and maintain software code.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Work closely with Professional Services, Technical Support and QA teams to define test cases and help resolve technical issues.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Prepare reports on the status of the development activities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for Eastnets products.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Research and evaluate different technologies and solutions.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Test and evaluate new technologies; recommend and participate in developing enhancements for existing systems.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide 3rd and 4th-level application support to resolve customer issues.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Mentor junior members of the development team.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain the security of the information, devices and systems that Eastnets, and its personnel, customers and partners use.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Protect Eastnets business information and any customer, supplier or partner information within its custody by safeguarding its confidentiality, integrity and availability.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Adhere to and comply with Eastnets internal security policies, Code of Ethics, Non-Disclosure Policy, Non-Compete Policy, Email Policy, Proprietary Rights Acknowledgement, Background Check Policy, and all other internal policies and employee handbook.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Participate in the company&rsquo;s wide initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Degree or relevant international technical qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant Engineering field.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; hands-on experience in IT Software Development.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Thorough understanding of the system&rsquo;s development cycle.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong team coordination and communication skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proactive approach to problem solving.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in software source-control systems and tools.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge of networking protocols is a major plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge of Windows or Unix shell scripting is a major plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge of financial software, SWIFT, AML or compliance is a major plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in Reporting engines such as Crystal Reports or Jasper Software technology is a major plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Familiarity with AI technologies and their application is a strong plus.</p>
</li>
