Who We Are:Eastside Play Therapy, PLLC is a niche group practice dedicated to encouraging the developmental and emotional growth of children and families. Our mission is to provide hope and healing, through the use of play based, attachment focused, and trauma informed interventions. We strive to strengthen family relationships and foster therapeutic growth in each child and family served.We currently have two locations in Bellevue and Bothell. This position could be in Bellevue or a hybrid between Bellevue and Bothell.About the Job:We are looking to hire 1 part-time (15-20 client hrs/wk) and/or full-time (21+ client hrs/wk) play therapist to provide individual, filial, and family therapy for children experiencing social/emotional and behavioral challenges. Most of our referrals are insurance based and for children between the ages of 3-12, though we also receive referrals for adolescents and parent coaching. As most of our clients are school aged children, clinical hours must include 2+ evenings (3:00-7:00pm).Eastside Play Therapy, PLLC is committed to creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment to enable clinicians to provide the highest level of care to our clients. Associate licenses will be considered.</li><li>Eligible for employment in the state of WA.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work or related field.</li><li>2+ evenings (3:00-7:00pm) availability a must.</li><li>Experience working therapeutically with children, specifically through play therapy.</li></ul>What We Prefer:<ul><li>Knowledge and passion for working with children, especially those who&rsquo;ve experienced complex trauma.</li><li>Knowledge of and experience with attachment and trauma-based therapeutic interventions.</li><li>Effective communicator.
