With a strong focus on digital growth, we partner with OTAs such as Trip.com, Ctrip, and other platforms to reach worldwide travelers.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Tour Operator with OTA experience to manage and optimize our travel products across online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for package creation, pricing, and uploading products on OTAs while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with market standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, build, and update tour packages, excursions, and holiday products.</li><li>Upload and manage products on OTA platforms (Trip.com, Expedia, GetYourGuide, etc.).</li><li>Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing meet OTA requirements.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, rankings, and customer reviews to optimize products.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers for the best rates and inclusions.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for sales campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Handle B2B and B2C inquiries for customized packages.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Tour Operator / Product Executive.</li><li>Strong background in OTA platforms (Trip.com, Ctrip, Viator, Expedia, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of product optimization, pricing, and commission structures.</li><li>Good understanding of inbound and outbound tours.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, GDS systems (an advantage).</li><li>Based in Dubai; transferable visa preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English (other languages such as Chinese or Arabic are a plus).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.</li><li>Career growth in product development and OTA management.</li><li>Supportive team and continuous learning opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>OTA: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>

Tour Operator (with OTA Experience)

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle airline reservations and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre).</li><li>Manage rebooking, refunds, exchanges, and provide accurate fare quotations.</li><li>Promote and sell holiday packages, tours, and visa services.</li><li>Support sales &amp; marketing campaigns across social media and travel platforms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts.</li><li>Assist in preparing promotional content, offers, and marketing materials.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and partners for competitive deals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in airline ticketing/reservations (minimum 2 years preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre).</li><li>Strong knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, tours, visas).</li><li>Excellent sales and customer service skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; social media marketing skills are an advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English (other languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Chinese are a plus).</li><li>Based in Dubai, with transferable visa preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>AMADEUS/SABRE: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
