 The role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a hybrid designer who thrives at the intersection of graphic design, web design, and user experience. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for designing engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital assets &mdash; while also maintaining and improving web interfaces and landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing, product, and medical teams to bring the Premom brand to life visually, ensuring consistency, usability, and impact across all channels.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Social Media Design: Create visually engaging, brand-consistent graphics and short-form content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) that resonate with our audience and support growth campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Web &amp; Digital Design: Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and app interface elements that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Product &amp; Packaging Design: Develop creative, consumer-facing packaging concepts and marketing collateral that reflect Premom&rsquo;s feminine, simple, and emotive brand identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, growth, and design teams to ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics for digital and social content, including A/B tests, and make data-informed adjustments to improve engagement and effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design Innovation &amp; Trends: Stay current with design trends, UX patterns, social media best practices, and packaging innovations to continuously elevate Premom&rsquo;s creative output.
 </li>

 Problem Solving &amp; Execution: Break design challenges into actionable solutions and deliver high-quality work on multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or both, preferably for high-growth B2C brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and web/design tools (Figma, Sketch, Webflow, Adobe XD, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong visual design skills &mdash; typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 A design style that is feminine, simple, beautiful, and emotionally driven, with the ability to create visuals that resonate deeply with women navigating their fertility journey.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating performance-driven marketing and user acquisition creatives, with an analytical mindset to evaluate design performance and make data-informed adjustments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative and communicative &mdash; able to give and receive feedback, articulate design decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for women&rsquo;s health and mission-driven work is a plus.
 </li>
