Role OverviewThe Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and utilities to support uninterrupted API manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process equipment, utilities, and machinery.</li><li>Maintain equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and utility systems.</li><li>Coordinate with production and engineering teams for minimal downtime and efficient equipment availability.</li><li>Implement safety and GMP standards during maintenance activities.</li><li>Support in calibration and validation of equipment as per regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Assist in planning spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.</li><li>Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of maintenance experience in API / Pharma manufacturing plants.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to cGMP guidelines, equipment maintenance, and utility operations.</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures, SOPs, and documentation practices.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
