Job Title: HR ExecutiveExperience: 2+ Years Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with over 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance to help maintain a productive and positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.</li><li>Coordinate and support payroll processing activities in collaboration with the finance department.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave management.</li><li>Support performance management processes including tracking appraisals and feedback.</li><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.</li><li>Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
