Are you a seasoned executive assistant with experience working for U.S.-based startups or corporations? This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting top executives, managing a wide range of tasks, and streamlining processes in a fast-paced tech environment. <b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Provide essential support to our CEO and COO, ensuring efficient management of daily tasks.</li><li>
Demonstrate exceptional note-taking skills and create follow-up task lists using task management software.</li><li>
Understand and fulfill management team requests, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain efficient updates and processes.</li><li>
Prioritize tasks effectively, manage schedules, and consistently meet deadlines.</li><li>
Showcase outstanding verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Draft and manage communications and coordinate data in collaboration with team members.</li><li>
Utilize AI tools for enhancing business operations and decision-making.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Preferred Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.</li><li>
Should be proficient in office technologies, including MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to communicate with professionalism and handle confidential information.</li><li>
Experience in startup or tech environments is highly desirable.</li><li>
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and negotiate adeptly, with a willingness to learn new things.</li><li>
Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.</li><li>
Familiarity with remote work and virtual team collaboration.</li></ul><div><br>

Work Environment:</b></div><ul><li>
Flexible, full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.</li><li>
Remote work setup required, with a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a high-performance computer, and a Zoom-enabled camera.</li><li>
Enjoy twenty-two paid holidays each year (4 government plus 18 performance-based).</li><li>
Required to use time and task tracking software (Time Doctor) for productivity reporting; please ensure you're comfortable with this requirement.</li></ul><br>
