Job Title: Swim Program CoordinatorCompany: Eat Sleep Swim Coach LLC Location: Doha, QatarJob SummaryEat Sleep Swim Coach LLC is seeking an energetic and organized Swim Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of swim programs for various age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, support coaches, ensure participant safety, and enhance the overall experience of clients in a dynamic aquatic environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage swim programs, classes, and training schedules.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for clients, parents, and coaching staff.</li><li>Assist in developing swim lesson plans and program structures.</li><li>Ensure safety standards and pool regulations are strictly followed.</li><li>Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of swim coaches.</li><li>Handle registrations, bookings, and program inquiries.</li><li>Organize swim events, competitions, and promotional activities.</li><li>Maintain inventory of swim equipment and coordinate facility needs.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and a positive participant experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sports coordination, swim programs, or coaching support.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of swimming techniques and training methods.</li><li>Basic understanding of water safety and lifeguarding principles.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Certified swimming instructor or lifeguard certification (preferred).</li><li>Experience working with children and group training programs.</li><li>Event coordination and sports program management experience.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic sports and wellness environment</li><li>Career development and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented culture</li><li>Engagement in community and fitness-focused programs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
