Cashier / Customer Service Representative / Drink MakerAbout Us: EatUnique is a locally owned caf&eacute; near the University of Pittsburgh, known for fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our front-of-house team. This role involves taking orders, assisting customers, and preparing drinks and soups. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering great service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers skills and take orders accurately using the POS system</li><li>Provide friendly and efficient customer service</li><li>Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, lemonade, etc.) and serve soups</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and drink station</li><li>Restock items such as cups, lids, beverages, and supplies</li><li>Assist with light food prep and other duties as needed</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong multitasking and time management skills</li><li>Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
