 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a marketing all-rounder, someone who can plan and execute high-impact campaigns, own our social media presence, and craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience. This is a senior role where you will shape the brand voice, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Content &amp; Communication Strategy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and oversee overall content requirements across channels &ndash; push notifications, emailers, banners, landing pages, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, social media, video scripts, and broadcasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the content team in writing, editing, and proof-reading to ensure timely delivery and high-quality communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement in CTRs, engagement, and conversions through data-backed communication strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation, messaging frameworks, and brand voice consistency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Alliance Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders (alliances, partnerships, and restaurant onboarding teams) to ensure timely execution of promotions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with alliances to plan, approve, and deliver campaigns as per agreed timelines and brand requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all paid promotions and restaurant deliverables (visibility, offers, creative collaterals, content amplification) are executed without delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align content and promotional strategies with alliance commitments and partner expectations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Social Media &amp; Community Building
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage brand presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging channels).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive followership growth, engagement metrics, and ROI from community building in line with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Team Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build, mentor, and scale a team of copywriters, social media managers, and campaign executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration between content, design, alliances, and performance marketing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a data-driven and creative-first culture within the team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 &bull; 5&ndash;7 years of experience in campaign management, social media leadership, and professional copywriting (agency or brand side).
 
 
 &bull; Strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns, social media growth, and compelling copy.
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with marketing and social media tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Analytical yet creative mindset&mdash;able to turn insights into compelling campaigns.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

 &bull; Exposure to performance marketing, growth marketing, or employer branding.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of SEO-driven content strategy.
