Ebersole Management is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential and some commercial rental properties throughout Central PA.This is a hands-on, road-based position for someone who is comfortable handling a wide variety of repairs and maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general troubleshooting, and occasional remodeling projects.Our properties are located between Carlisle, Palmyra, and Elizabethtown, PA. None of the properties are located in the City of Harrisburg.ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing maintenance and repair work at rental properties, including:<ul><li>General property maintenance and repairs</li><li>Carpentry repairs</li><li>Basic plumbing repairs</li><li>Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs</li><li>Drywall patching and painting</li><li>Door, trim, cabinet, and hardware repairs</li><li>Appliance troubleshooting and replacement assistance</li><li>Turnover repairs between tenants</li><li>Light commercial property maintenance</li><li>Occasional remodeling-related work</li><li>Communicating clearly with the office, tenants, and property managers</li><li>Keeping accurate notes, photos, and updates on work completed</li></ul>Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, and able to work independently throughout the day.
