<div>Assistant Marketing Manager (Path to Marketing Manager) 
About the Role 
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team at Ebling&rsquo;s. This is a 30&ndash;40 hour per week position with flexibility for in-office or hybrid scheduling. While the role begins as an Assistant Manager, it is designed as a development path into the Marketing Manager position. We are looking for someone eager to embrace responsibility, grow into leadership, and make a lasting impact on our company&rsquo;s brand and success.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead Campaigns &ndash; Plan, organize, and oversee marketing campaigns that support growth and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Partners &ndash; Work closely with external vendors and our equipment brand marketing teams.</li>
<li>Guide Digital Strategy &ndash; Maintain working knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads to engage with vendors and evaluate ROI.</li>
<li>Create Compelling Content &ndash; Write, edit, and produce professional photography and videography; manage the digital asset library.</li>
<li>Ensure Accuracy &ndash; Oversee daily accuracy of website whole goods inventory and manage promotional visibility.</li>
<li>Manage Budgets &amp; Co-op &ndash; Track expenses, manage marketing budgets, and verify co-op dollars are filed and utilized.</li>
<li>Develop Talent &ndash; Provide coaching and support to the part-time Marketing Assistant.</li>
<li>Protect the Brand &ndash; Uphold and enhance Ebling&rsquo;s image in all communications.</li></ul> 


Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Leadership and coaching ability</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics</li>
<li>Creativity in writing, photography, and videography</li>
<li>Business understanding of how marketing impacts sales and profitability</li>
<li>Technical proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools</li></ul> 


Work Schedule
