Position Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Create website layouts/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices</li>
<li>Work with designers to develop designs into website elements</li>
<li>Implement responsive web design across devices (desktop, mobile, tablets) and web browsers</li>
<li>Work with the content team to implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and review all web-related analytics</li>
<li>Optimize landing pages for digital marketing purposes</li>
<li>Develop emails and templates that are responsive across email clients and devices</li>
<li>Create and maintain documentation</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure optimal security and functionality</li>
<li>Efficiently test and troubleshoot issues as problems arise</li>
<li>Assist the marketing team in various integrated communication and marketing activities</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor</li>
<li>Retain training and direction from management</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly knowledgeable of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li>
<li>Understanding of responsive design and browser testing tools</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset</li>

Proficiency in the following areas is desirable but not required

<li>Ability to administer and manage websites using hosting providers such as WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or DreamHost</li>
<li>Experience with PHP and WordPress webhooks</li>
<li>Relational databases (SQL/MySQL)</li>

Web Developer

<div>Summary

In this role, you will support EBQ's clients by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience driving organizational growth through marketing, with a strong understanding of how digital campaigns operate and are executed across various platforms. Your ultimate goal will be to elevate EBQ's clients' brands and enhance their overall brand awareness. 
Position Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Execute digital marketing tasks on platforms such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud Engagement, HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo, and other similar platforms</li>
<li>Gather, report, and analyze marketing performance data</li>
<li>Effectively create and manage email marketing programs, create and publish landing pages, website updates, and other digital marketing execution</li>
<li>Implement A/B testing (landing pages, emails, and CTA&rsquo;s)</li>
<li>Work with the other marketing teams, such as visual, content, and website developers, as needed, to support client needs for task execution</li>
<li>Coordinate with assigned clients to implement HTML/CSS website edits</li>
<li>Create and optimize paid media programs through technologies such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads</li>

This position is a key contributor to EBQ's marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling copy across a variety of content formats, including blog posts, e-books, whitepapers, infographics, emails, social media, SEO content, and more. Your primary goal will be to elevate our clients' brands, drive engagement, and enhance their overall marketing impact. 


Position Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct research and contribute to the development of content marketing strategies that clearly align with business objectives</li>
<li>Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities</li>
<li>Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO</li>
<li>Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success</li>
<li>Gain a solid understanding and knowledge base of your client&rsquo;s industry and the tone they want to strike with their audience</li>
<li>Create/re-purpose high-quality, valuable content to attract, inform, and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand itself</li>
<li>Write and edit blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, landing pages, and emails</li>
<li>Ensure search engine optimization of content</li>
<li>Work with visual design team to ensure that the content creation aligns with the visual elements</li>
<li>Promote and curate content on social media</li>
