The Business Development Manager for Payroll Services will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our payroll platform Vayroll in the UAE. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored payroll solutions that meet client needs and comply with UAE labor laws.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Vayroll payroll services and achieve revenue targets.</li>
<li>Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.</li>
<li>Present Vayroll features and benefits to potential clients, demonstrating how it can streamline payroll processes and improve compliance.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.</li>
<li>Stay updated on payroll technology trends, competitor offerings, and UAE payroll regulations.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.</li>
<li>Report on sales performance and market insights to management.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>

<li>Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in payroll, HR technology, or SaaS solutions.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of UAE payroll processes, compliance requirements, and labor laws.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.</li>
<li>Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li>

Business Development Manager

<p>The role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a small but exciting team, and gain a greater understanding of FX dealing.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Service a portfolio of clients through a range of different products, including FX hedging &amp; cash management.</li>
<li>Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg.</li>
<li>Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email with the dealing team.</li>
<li>Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance and Treasury.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience (essential and desired)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 years' experience in the FX industry beneficial</li>
<li>Interest and knowledge of the Financial markets</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Hindi</li>
<li>Degree level education, ideally in economics, business studies or finance, preferred</li>
<li>Strong mathematical understanding</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure while working accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Fast learner with a high level of attention to detail</li>
<li>Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone manner</li>
